Gambit Co provides technology and communication services (including the Chloe AI Concierge) on behalf of our clients. When we reference "Services" in this Privacy Policy, this includes technology and communication services we provide on behalf of our clients.
A note about accuracy: Our Services generate responses by reading a user's request and predicting the words most likely to appear next. In some cases, the words most likely to appear next may not be the most factually accurate. You should not rely on the factual accuracy of output from our models.

Mobile information and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes.
We use your phone number and opt-in consent solely to send you the text messages you have requested. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply.

For anonymous users, we retain the anonymous user record in our system. Individual sessions reset after 30 days of inactivity, or when you manually clear your session.
